Work proceeds on the basis of:
Already in your budget
Most budgets already carry soft costs earmarked for consultants. That line is us. Billed to the project, not to payroll, and gone when the job is done. Usually for less than the contingency we saved or the cost of a rejected proposal.
We work for you
The work product is yours, on your letterhead, sent to you and no one else.
Remote, on site when it matters
Calls and documents from here. Walks and hard meetings in person.
